ImplementationThe project supports the goal of the Government of Cameroon to eliminate mother to child transmission of HIV. The LLF investment will help establish a network of 55 Points of Care for HIV (PoC) for Early Infant Diagnosis (EID) and Mothers followup, decentralize the HIV test-treat-retain cascade from national to the district level, implement an innovative community-based approach for tracing noncompliance and the most vulnerable pregnant women, and enhancing the district health information and supply chain management systems.
Enabling people to lead better lives
We believe the most effective way to create an impact is to empower countries to do so themselves. We help break down the barriers that prevent individuals, organizations and governments in the lowest income countries from obtaining the resources they need to accomplish this goal.
