The project is improving access and utilization of quality Maternal, Neonatal and Child Health (MNCH) primary health services in Niger through establishing well equipped health centers with trained staff and community health workers, improved health management information systems, as well as community mobilization. The project will also improve integration of the community level of care and establish a well functioning referral and counter referral system.
